The Compliance Department is working on an initiative to take requests out of email and into OnBase Support Requests. If you have a scenario or document that needs to be reviewed by Compliance or requires feedback, please submit a Support/Supply Request Form in OnBase. This is the same form used for IT, Marketing, Deposit Group and Loan Ops.
To submit a compliance request:
1. Open the Support Request Form in OnBase
2. Under Request Type select Compliance Support
3. Complete all other applicable fields, attach supporting docs, and try to be as detailed as possible
