Nick Maas and Luke Knutson recently graduated from the Iowa Bankers Association Leadership Institute. This program is limited to 25 young leaders in banking and consists of 5 sessions that are each 1.5 days long. Each session explored an area of professional interest with an emphasis on leadership skills. Great work!
