Over the last three months 25 employees competed in FSB's first ever golf league in the simulator at Tower Park.
The competition came down to the final four last Thursday: Vicki Parsons, Ben Saak, Brian Forsythe and Brandon Ausenhaus. The final four was contested at the legendary Carnoustie Golf Links in virtual Scotland, a true championship test. It was a tight competition between the four with Brian and Brandon advancing to the final match. Brian was able to take control early and did not let up, claiming the first Duroe Cup by a margin of 5&4.
We had participants of every skill level, even some true beginners. It was awesome to compete, and it was a great opportunity to spend some time with co-workers outside of the normal day-to-day interactions. We are already looking forward to next year.
