FSB will be re-titling our Lenders effective 3/13/2023 to Business Banker. Currently, several of our lenders are titled Small Business Lenders and as their influence grows, we want to align their titles. Additionally, as our focus in 2023 is on securing additional deposits, as well as providing quality loans, Business Banker provides clarity around managing the entire customer relationship, not just their loan portfolio. Our Ag lenders (Kelly and Jacob) will be titled Ag/Business Banker.
