Based on employee feedback during the Q12 Employee Engagement meetings, we have made some edits to the Performance Evaluation form. The changes modernize the language of the evaluation and provide greater opportunity for the manager and employee to discuss short- and long-term career goals plus key focus areas for the upcoming year. Self-evaluation forms and the form your manager completes will now be the same and your notes on the self-evaluation will carry forward to the manager form so please spend some time adding your past year’s highlights.
Self-evaluation forms will kick out to staff via OnBase on in the next day. Please complete them promptly as managers only have until the end of March to schedule and complete reviews.
