Tired of having to click close on the account display screen within phoenix when searching by account number?
With a simple preference update you won’t have to take the time to click close each time.
To update- Pull up customer management and have the search window open. Click on the Preferences in the Top right-hand corner. Select “Default Stop at Summary”. Save and close.
