Great news!! In expansion of FSB’s fantastic customer service, we have created a Business Support team to assist clients with their day-to-day activity and treasury management needs. Alex Main, Lauren Woods, Tiffany Garrison and Zack Lane make up this team.
The Business Support team are treasury management specialists that are educated on remote deposit capture, ACH, online wires, fraud mitigation services, in additional to trouble-shooting technical issues that may arise with online banking. This group will also be able to assist business clients with account maintenance and research. Our goal is to ensure that FSB’s business clients have several resources to quickly resolve any issue that may arise.
The Business Support team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, via phone call or email, as well as in person should the issue require someone be on-site. The contact information below will be sent to our ACH & Remote deposit customers this week notifying them of the expanded team to help with anything they may need.
