The NEW Teen Checking Account-Kick Start
The FSB Kickstart Checking Account10 is designed specifically for teens and here are a few of the benefits:
🟢 Available for those ages 14-24 (no parent or guardian required for those under 18)
🟢 No opening deposit or minimum balance required
🟢 FSB debit card issued with the account (No checks will be issued)
🟢 Debit card limits $300 POS and $100 ATM for those 14-17 / 18-24 standard limits apply ($5050 POS / $1050 ATM)
🟢 Customer can apply online or in branch – no credit is pulled on anyone under 18 for this product, but must still collect full CIP
🟢 iBanking self-enrollment age has been lowered to 14 years old
This week FSB staff taught financial literacy at East High and are scheduled to teach at the Waterloo Career Center next week. Our goal is to educate teens in the cedar valley about personal finance and through that process, bring awareness to the Kick Start account.
Since its inception, we have opened 10+ Kick Start accounts! It’s a great product, so please promote it when you can!
