Subpoena Notice Processing
A subpoena is a written request from a court requesting information or an appearance from a person or entity regarding a legal matter. As a banking institution, we are called upon to provide financial records and we receive the subpoena's via fax, mail, etc.
In order to make sure that the request is properly processed, please upload the full request into a Support Ticket for Compliance. From there it will be reviewed and the proper personnel will be assigned roles to ensure its completion.
