Your 2022 W-2s Are Available in Paylocity!
💻 If you’ve opted into paperless, you can now access electronic W-2s through Paylocity.
- To view your W-2 on your desktop, log into Paylocity. Select "Employee Self-Service" from the main menu.
- On the Welcome Card that says "Hi <YOUR NAME>", expand the card and click "View Employee Record.”
- Select the "Pay" tab, click "Tax Forms," and choose the year.
- You'll have the option to password-protect the document or waive the protection, and then you can view the PDF file.
