Thanks again to GW, Onbase now has the ability to email customers of when a wire transfer is complete. Based on the keywords of the completed wire form, you have the ability to automatically email an employee and a customer when an outgoing wire transfer is complete. This can also be used on the incoming side. I have attached a sample of what the email will look like and a screenshot of the keywords that drive this feature.
