In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, I want to remind everyone of the resources available to you through our EAP. Employee and Family Resources (EFR) offers us services such as phone-based support, counseling, life coaching, child/eldercare resources, and much more! Best of all, IT'S TOTALLY FREE! Check out the posters below to learn how to utilize your EAP today. Don't forget that EFR also has an app so you can have these resources with you anytime, anywhere.

Togetherall is another resource that's been made available. Togetherall provides you with free tools and support so you can take control of your mental health and well-being, while staying connected to others with similar experiences. It's a supportive online peer community where you can anonymously get (and give) support to others who understand what you’re going through. Check out the video in the link below to learn more!
