How do I put travel alerts on my card?

Unusual purchases may cause a fraud alert and block the use of your debit or credit card when traveling. To avoid this inconvenience please notify us when and where you will be traveling by sending us a message in I-banking. 

  • Log into I-banking
  • In the left menu, select Messages.
  • The Conversations window will open. Click on the New Conversation button. Select Customer Service in the drop-down menu. 
  • Send us a message telling us where you are going and how long you will be there.
  • Messages sent to the bank within I-banking are encrypted so your information stays more secure than regular email. It is not advised to use your regular email account to send this information to FSB.
