For security reasons, FSB I-banking will no longer support Internet Explorer (IE). If IE is your default internet browser you will need to switch to a different browser before Jan 1, 2020.

For those who are not IT professionals this may be somewhat confusing. Let's break it down:

If the icon on your desktop looks like the one above, you will need to switch to a different internet browser to access I-banking. Microsoft has announced that Internet Explorer 11 will be the last version of the software and they are replacing it with Microsoft Edge. They will continue to update IE with major security patches, but there will be no other enhancements. Eventually, Internet Explorer will no longer exist.

In the coming months, if you log into I-banking using IE you will receive a notification with the option to download a different internet browser. Beginning Jan 1, 2020, you will be required to use a different browser to log into I-banking.

We suggest downloading Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge now, and take a few months to transition to one of these being your default internet browser. If you have any questions please contact us via branch, phone, email or chat.
