If needed, you can change your User ID. You use the same User ID for both online banking and the mobile banking app.
To change your User ID
- In the navigation menu, click or tap Settings > Security Preferences. The Security Preferences page appears.
- Click or tap Change User ID. The Change User ID page appears.
- Enter the new ID in the New User ID field.
- Click or tap Submit.
