How do I change my User ID for I-Banking?

If needed, you can change your User ID. You use the same User ID for both online banking and the mobile banking app.

To change your User ID

• In the navigation menu, click or tap Settings > Security Preferences. The Security Preferences page appears.
• Click or tap Change User ID. The Change User ID page appears.
• Enter the new ID in the New User ID field.
• Click or tap Submit.
