How do I put travel alerts on my card?

No notification is needed for travel within the US.
If you are traveling outside the US, simply tell us where you are going and the dates of your travel.  

  • Log into I-banking
  • Select or tap Help & Contact Us > Messages
  • The Conversations window will open. Click on the New Conversation button. Select Customer Service in the drop-down menu. 
  • Send us a message telling us where you are going and how long you will be there.
  • Messages sent to the bank within I-banking are encrypted so your information stays more secure than regular email. It is not advised to use your regular email account to send this information to FSB.
