No notification is needed for travel within the US.
If you are traveling outside the US, simply tell us where you are going and the dates of your travel.
- Log into I-banking
- Select or tap Help & Contact Us > Messages
- The Conversations window will open. Click on the New Conversation button. Select Customer Service in the drop-down menu.
- Send us a message telling us where you are going and how long you will be there.
- Messages sent to the bank within I-banking are encrypted so your information stays more secure than regular email. It is not advised to use your regular email account to send this information to FSB.
