How do I reset or change my I-Banking login password?

If you forget your password and your account is not locked, you can use the Forgot Your Password option on the Login page to reset your password. Depending on the configuration, you may not be able to reset your password from an unregistered browser.

To change your account password

  • In the navigation menu, click or tap Settings > Security Preferences. The Security Preferences page appears.
  • Click or tap Change Password.
  • Enter your existing password in the Old Password field.
  • Enter your new password in the New Password field.
  • Re-enter the new password in the Confirm New Password field.
  • Click or tap Change Password to submit the change.
