How do I stop payments on a check?

The stop payment feature may only be used to stop one check number at a time. If you need to stop a series of numbers please contact the Bank.

To create a stop payment request

1. In the navigation menu, click or tap Services > Stop Payment. The Stop Payment page appears.
2. On the Account tab, click or tap the appropriate account.
3. Enter the check information.
4. Click or tap Send Request to complete the stop payment action.
5. Do one of the following:
   Click or tap Close to return to the Stop Payment page.
   Click or tap View in Activity Center.
