What is a secure access code?

The FSB I-banking system utilizes two-factor authentication. This is an extra layer of security that requires something that only that user has immediate access to - such as a mobile device. I-banking users will receive a 5-digit secure access code that is sent via text or phone call. This code will need to be entered into I-banking to sign in.

You need a secure access code each time you login to the I-banking system from a new device or internet browser. You can opt to have your device registered so that you do not have to complete the Secure Access Code process in the future. If you delete the security certificate or "cookie" that activates your computer for later use, you will need another secure access code.

To register a device or browser, simply select “Register this Device” when logging into I-banking.
